LLC MATERIAL PERMIT
LLC MATERIAL PERMIT. Shall mean any license or permit (a) used in or necessary for the conduct of the LLC business, and (b) which, if terminated, canceled, or breached, would be reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect.
