LLC Property

LLC Property. Means the Lehigh Property and any other real property interests which the LLC acquires or leases, less any part of the foregoing which is exchanged or otherwise disposed of by the LLC.

LLC Property. Means that certain real property located in Buffington Harbor, Gary, Indiana more particularly described on Exhibit B, together with all interests appurtenant thereto, and all additional real property interests which the LLC acquires or leases, and all improvements located or constructed thereon, less any part of the foregoing which is exchanged or otherwise disposed of by the LLC.
