LLC TRANSACTIONS. Mean the transactions contemplated by the Purchase Agreement dated as of August 16, 2001, as amended, by and among LMC/LSAT Holdings, Inc., Liberty Brazil DTH Inc., Liberty Mexico DTH Inc., Liberty Multicountry DTH, Inc., Liberty International DTH, Inc., Liberty Latin Partners, Inc., LSAT, and, only for purposes of the final sentence of Section 6.7(a) thereof, LMC.
