LM Developments. Means any and all invention, method, process, software, or other technology or material that LM or its subcontractors on behalf of LM have previously developed or hereafter develop, or that LM Controls, that are improvements, enhancements, modifications, or derivative works of, or are otherwise based upon, in whole or in part, the EB Developments or EB Field Technology
