LM Field Technology

LM Field Technology. Means (i) all trade secrets and know how in the LM Developments and those EB Developments Controlled by LM, including without limitation methods, processes, materials, formulations, and techniques, whether or not patentable or reduced to practice and whether now existing or hereafter developed or acquired, and (ii) any and all intellectual property rights in and to the foregoing.
