Example Definitions of "Loan Document"
Loan Document. Shall be a "Refinancing Amendment" for all purposes of the Credit Agreement and shall be a "Loan Document" for all purposes of the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents
Loan Document. Any Notes, Mortgages or other loan documents evidencing or securing a Loan.
Loan Document. This Agreement, the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, each Note, the Master Consent to Assignment, each of the Collateral Documents, the Agent/Arranger Fee Letters, the Engagement Letter, each Committed Loan Notice, each Compliance Certificate, the Guaranties, each Letter of Credit Application and each other agreement, document or instrument executed and delivered by a Loan Party from time to time in connection with this Agreement and the Notes
Loan Document. This Amendment is a Loan Document within the meaning of the Credit Agreement.
Loan Document. Collectively, this note, the Term Loan Agreement, the Mortgage, the Guaranty Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Assignment of Sales and Contracts and Proceeds, the Environmental Indemnity Agreement, and all other instruments, agreements, documents, and writings executed in connection with any of the foregoing.
Loan Document. As such term is defined in the Loan Agreement
Loan Document. Collectively (a) the Credit Agreement and the Collateral Documents and (b) any other related document or instrument executed and delivered pursuant to any Loan Document described in clause (a) above evidencing or governing any Secured Obligations as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
Loan Document. Means this Note, each Guaranty and each document executed by Borrower or any Guarantor and delivered to Lender in connection with or pursuant to any of the foregoing.
