Loan Limit. The definition of Loan Limit is hereby amended by adding the following to the end of such definition before the period: "provided, that notwithstanding the foregoing, until the Scheduled Redetermination of the Borrowing Base in respect of the October 1, 2019 Scheduled Redetermination (which Scheduled Redetermination Date has been postponed to January 15, 2020 pursuant to the Sixth Amendment) occurs and is effective, the Loan Limit will not exceed the lesser of (a) the least of the foregoing...
