Loan

Loan. The loan by the Bank to the Borrowers evidenced by the Note.

Loan. Shall mean the extension of credit made by the Lender to the Company pursuant to the purchase and sale of the Note hereunder and evidenced by the Note.

Loan. The purchase and sale of the Notes pursuant to this Agreement

Loan. Shall mean the extension of credit by Lender to Borrower pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof in the amount of U.S. $17.0 million.

Loan. Any advance of funds made to Borrower by the Bank pursuant to this Note.

Loan. Any amount(s) borrowed by a Borrower from a Lender pursuant to this Agreement

Loan. That certain loan in the original principal amount of up to EIGHT MILLION AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($8,000,000.00), as evidenced by the Note and secured by the Security Agreement and the other Loan Documents as provided herein.

Loan. Means, all amounts owed to Lender on account of the Terminated Schedules, which the parties agree totals $4,946,212.91, and Borrower's obligation to repay such amounts to the Lender under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents.

Loan. All right, title and interest in any U.S. dollar-denominated loan acquired by the Fund from time to time to be held in the Custodial Account, including without limitation (a) the Required Loan Documents, and (b) all other rights, interests, benefits, remedies and claims arising from or relating to such Loan

Loan. The definition of "Loan" in Section 1.1 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended and restated to read as follows: "Loan" shall mean the line of credit established in favor of the Borrower in the principal amount of Ten Million and No/100 Dollars ($10,000,000.00) as evidenced by the Note.
