LoantoValue Ratio
LoantoValue Ratio. Shall mean, as of the last day of the calendar month immediately preceding the applicable calculation date, the ratio in which (a) the numerator is the aggregate amount of principal and interest then due under this Note and (b) the denominator is the "as-is" value of the applicable Properties as set forth in the appraisals for such Properties.
LoantoValue Ratio. Means the ratio of the aggregate committed amount of the Loan to the as-is market value of the Property.
