Local Qualified Click(s). (i) with regard to a PPC Ad, an end-user action consisting of clicking on an active link of a PPC Ad displayed on a Local Results Page in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and (ii) with respect to a PfC Ad, an end-user action consisting of clicking on an active link or button associated with a telephone number contained in a PfC Ad displayed on a Local Results Page in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, but excluding Invalid Clicks
