Local RD Efforts
Local RD Efforts. Shall mean all R&D Efforts undertaken in the WC Exclusive Territory from and after the U.S. Restructuring Effective Date other than any R&D Efforts mutually agreed by the Parties pursuant to Section III(G) of the Collaboration Agreement.
