Example Definitions of "Locations"
Locations. Means the physical location(s) of the Chuy's Restaurants or the Non-Chuy's Restaurants, as the case may be. The Locations of the Non-Chuy's Restaurants are listed on Exhibit A (attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference). The Locations of the Chuy's Restaurants are those in existence on the Effective Date and any other Chuy's Restaurants operated during the Term.
