Example Definitions of "Lock-up Period"
Lock-up Period. Shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Lock-Up Agreements.
Lock-up Period. With respect to the Lock-up Securities, the period beginning on the date that the Registration Statement is filed with the SEC pursuant to Section 2(a) and ending on the twenty-first (21st) day thereafter; provided, that (i) forty percent (40%) of such Lock-up Securities shall be released on each of the seventh (7th) and the fourteenth (14th) day following such filing and (ii) the remaining twenty percent (20%) shall be released on the twenty-first (21st) day following such filing
Lock-up Period. Means the Existing Holder Lock-up Period and the New Holder Lock-up Period, as applicable.
Lock-up Period. Has the meaning set forth in the underwriting agreement entered into by the Company in connection with the IPO.
