Example Definitions of "Lock-up"
Lock-up. Each Noteholder hereby agrees that it will execute a customary lock-up agreement in connection with the Offering (the "Lock-Up"); provided that any lock-up period contained therein and applicable to such Noteholder will expire no later than the date that is two months prior to the expiration of any lock-up period to which the Company's directors and executive officers are subject in connection with the Offering.
