Lockbox Agreement

Lockbox Agreement. That certain Lockbox Agreement dated as of the date hereof, by and between the Grantor and the Lockbox Agent

Lockbox Agreement. Shall mean a tri-party lockbox agreement in the form of Exhibit 1.1(L) hereto among a Borrower, the Lender and a Lockbox Bank or such other form as is acceptable to Lender.

Lockbox Agreement. Shall mean the Blocked Deposit Account Agreement by and between the Company, the Lenders and the Lockbox Agent, in form of Exhibit C attached hereto.

Lockbox Agreement. Means that certain Blocked Account Control Agreement (with Lockbox Services) dated as of August 1, 2005 among Commerce Energy, TPS and U.S. Bank [*]=information redacted pursuant to a confidential treatment request. Such omitted information has been filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. National Association, as such agreement may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Lockbox Agreement. Means that certain Four Party Wholesale Lockbox Agreement, among Borrower, Agent, Wells Fargo Bank, in its capacity as lockbox processor, and Wells Fargo Bank in its capacity as depository bank.

Lockbox Agreement. That certain Blocked Account Control Agreement (with lockbox services) dated as of the date hereof among Commerce Energy, PSE and [Wachovia Bank NA] ("Wachovia"), as such agreement may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
