Example Definitions of "Lockout Period"
Lockout Period. The period beginning on the day that this Note is assigned to a REMIC trust until and including the Defeasance Date. The Lockout Period only applies if this Note is assigned to a REMIC trust prior to the Cut-off Date
Lockout Period. The period from the date of this Note through the day preceding the 12th Installment Due Date under this Note.
