Lockout Period. Not applicable, there is no Lockout Period under this Note.
Lockout Period. The period beginning on the day that this Note is assigned to a REMIC trust until and including the Defeasance Date. The Lockout Period only applies if this Note is assigned to a REMIC trust prior to the Cut-off Date
