Example Definitions of "LockUp Agreements"
LockUp Agreements. Means the letter agreement dated January 4, 2006 between the Placement Agent and each of the Company's directors and officers.
LockUp Agreements. The lock-up agreements entered into by the Company and the Stockholders with the underwriters managing the Initial Public Offering in connection with the Initial Public Offering;
LockUp Agreements. Means, collectively, the Lock-Up Agreements, dated as of the date hereof, by and among the Company and the directors and officers, in the form of Exhibit D attached hereto.
LockUp Agreements. Means the Lock-Up Agreements, dated as of the Initial Closing Date and the Second Closing Date, respectively, by and among the Placement Agent and the directors and officers of the Company, in the form of Exhibit E attached hereto.
LockUp Agreements. Means the lock-up agreements dated as of September 2010 entered into between Jefferies & Company, UBS Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC on behalf of the underwriters, and each of the Stockholders.
