Lodging Share Units
Lodging Share Units. Means notional units of Lodging. Prior to the vesting of a Lodging Share Unit, a Lodging Share Unit shall not comprise or convey to Executive any right, title or interest in actual ownership of Lodging or any Lodging Shares.
