The theatres acquired (and not divested under government order or subject to a divestiture order issued by a Governmental Authority after January 5, 2007) by AMC Entertainment Inc. in connection with its merger with Loews Cineplex Entertainment Corporation completed on January 26, 2006 and which were operating as of January 5, 2007.
