Log Files. Means Distributor's books of accounts and records in written and any other appropriate format (including, without limitation, electronic format) with respect to all of Distributor's activities under this Agreement including, without limitation, all information necessary to support the information provided on the Resale Certificate attached hereto as Exhibit B."MHLW" means the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare of Japan.
