Example Definitions of "Long Term Award"
Long Term Award. A monetary award made to a Key Employee pursuant to the Plan
Long Term Award. Is designed to recognize the impact by Participants upon the achievement by the Company of longer term success in enhancing shareholder value.
Long Term Award. Means the total amount paid or payable to the Executive pursuant to the Long-Term Performance Award provisions described in Article 11 of the Long-Term Incentive Plan and any similar provisions under a successor plan.
