LSC Excluded Technology
LSC Excluded Technology. Shall mean any and all rights licensed to LSC under the License and Supply Agreement dated as of April 28, 2000 by and among Nippon Petrochemicals Co., Ltd., Meiji Seika Kaisha, Ltd, and LSC, as amended from time to time.
