LSC Improvements

LSC Improvements. Shall mean any new or useful invention, process or improvement, patentable or unpatentable, relating to or arising from the LSC Patents or LSC Patent Applications, as the case may be, conceived or first reduced to practice or demonstrated to have utility by LSC during the Term.
