LSC KnowHow

LSC KnowHow. Shall mean any invention, discovery, know-how, data, formulae, information, composition, process, trade secret, equipment and other subject matter relating to the LSC Licensed Technology that is (a) owned or controlled by LSC during the Term and (b) necessary or useful for the research, development, manufacture or commercialization of any Licensed Product in the Field of Use. LSC Know-How does not include LSC Excluded Technology.
