LSO Patents

LSO Patents. Shall mean all patents and patent applications covering inventions that arise from the License to the extent such inventions are made, developed, conceived or first reduced to practice by LSO alone or jointly with others during the Term (but only to the extent of LSO's rights in same), including all divisionals, continuations, and continuations-in-part of such patent applications as well as reexaminations, reissues, patents of addition, extensions and any foreign counterparts thereof.
