LSO Technology

LSO Technology. Shall mean the LSO Patents and, to the extent not covered by the LSO Patents, any inventions, discoveries, know-how, data, formulae, information, compositions, processes, trade secrets, equipment and other subject matter relating to or derived from the exercise of the License, to the extent such inventions are conceived, discovered or made by LSO alone or jointly with others (but only to the extent of LSO's rights in same) during the Term.
