LSQ Priority Collateral

LSQ Priority Collateral. Shall mean all now owned and hereafter acquired Accounts, cash and non-cash Proceeds, and Supporting Obligations of the foregoing (including insurance proceeds and proceeds of proceeds) in any form and wherever located; and Books and Records specifically related to the Accounts and proceeds.
