LTIPType Award

LTIPType Award. Means a performance or incentive award that Participant may have the right to receive for performance over a multi-year period, such as any rights to receive awards under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan, a development incentive plan, or special retention grants, including, but not limited to the Effective Date LTI Awards.
