Luminent Group. Means, (i) with respect to any taxable period or portion thereof ending on or prior to the Contribution Date, Luminent and its Affiliates and (ii) with respect to any taxable period or portion thereof beginning after the Contribution Date, Luminent and its Affiliates other than any member of the MRV Group.
