Lump Sum Amount

Lump Sum Amount. With respect to a Participant, an amount equal to (i) the product of (x) 200%, in the case of the CEO and 150%, in the case of all other Participants, multiplied by (y) the sum of such Participant's Salary and Average Bonus, (ii) reduced by the aggregate amount, if any, paid or payable to such Participant under the Covanta Energy Corporation Key Employee Severance Plan.
