Example Definitions of "Lump Sum Payment"
Lump Sum Payment. A single payment of the applicable sum hereunder, paid to the Executive no later than thirty (30) days from the execution and delivery of the release referenced in Section 5.2(b)
Lump Sum Payment. A single payment of the applicable sum hereunder, paid to the Executive no later than thirty (30) days from the execution and delivery of the release referenced in Section 5.2(b) 2.2(c)
