Madewell Supplemental Agreements

Madewell Supplemental Agreements. Collectively, the following (as the same now exist or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced): (i) the Information Certificate of Madewell referred to in Section 1.2(d) of Amendment No. 2, (ii) Amendment No. 1 to Pledge and Security Agreement by Operating in favor of Agent and (iii) UCC financing statement by and between Madewell, as debtor, and Agent, as secured party.
