MADISON LOAN DOCUMENTS. Shall mean the Senior Credit Agreement, the Senior Guarantee, and all other agreements, documents and instruments executed from time to time in connection therewith, as the same have heretofore been or hereafter may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
