Example Definitions of "Maintenance Modifications"
Maintenance Modifications. Means any modifications or revisions, other than Enhancements, to Software or Documentation that correct Errors, support new releases of the operating systems with which the Software is designed to operate, support new input/output devices, or provide other incidental updates and corrections including, without limitation, bug fixes, work-arounds and patches, required to maintain conformity of the Software and Documentation with the applicable Specifications.
Maintenance Modifications. Computer software changes to be integrated with the Programs to correct any Errors therein, but that do not alter the functionality of the Programs or add new functions thereto.
