Example Definitions of "Major Alteration Cost"
Major Alteration Cost. Shall mean $500,000, increased annually as of the first day of each second Lease Year by an amount determined by multiplying the Major Alteration Cost then in effect by the percentage increase in the CPI over such two year period capped at 5% and adding the product of such multiplication to the Major Alteration Cost then in effect.
