Example Definitions of "Major Holder"
Major Holder. Means any Investor or Key Holder that, individually or together with such Investor's Affiliates, holds at least 581,395 shares of Registrable Securities (as adjusted for any stock split, stock dividend, combination, or other recapitalization or reclassification effected after the date hereof).
Major Holder. Means any Investor or Key Holder that, individually or together with such Investor's party's Affiliates, holds at least 581,395 271,631 shares of Registrable Securities (as adjusted for any stock split, stock dividend, combination, or other recapitalization or reclassification effected after the date hereof).

Major Holder. With respect to any registration the Holder that, together with its Affiliates, includes the largest number of Registrable Securities in such registration.
Major Holder. Shall mean any holder of at least 500,000 shares of the Series B Preferred Stock, the Series C Preferred Stock, the Series D Preferred Stock or the Series E Preferred Stock (or shares of Common Stock issued upon conversion thereof).
Major Holder. With respect to any registration statement, the Holder that, together with its Affiliates, includes the largest number of Registrable Securities covered by that registration statement.
