Major Holder

Example Definitions of "Major Holder"
Major Holder. Any Holder who holds at least five hundred thousand (500,000) shares of Registrable Securities (as adjusted for stock splits, stock dividends and the like, but excluding any Mandatory Conversion Shares and any Exchange Related Shares)
Major Holder. Each New Investor and each Prior Investor, so long as such Holder beneficially owns not less than (i) 5,000,000 shares of Series A Stock, (ii) 5,000,000 shares of Series B Stock, (iii) 5,000,000 shares of Series C Stock or (iv) 1,500,000 shares of Common Stock (in each case subject to appropriate adjustment for stock splits, stock dividends, recapitalizations and similar events occurring after the date of this Agreement)
Major Holder. Means North Bridge or PIC, so long as each, respectively, remains a Holder.
Major Holder. Shall mean each Purchaser who holds (together with its affiliates) at least One Million Four Hundred Thousand (1,400,000) shares of Preferred (as adjusted for any subsequent stock splits, stock dividends, stock combinations or other recapitalizations).
Major Holder. Means, at any time, any Holder that owns, individually or with such Holder's Affiliates and Immediate Family members, ten percent (10%) or more of the outstanding Shares of Common Stock on an As-Converted Basis
Major Holder. Means any Investor or Key Holder that, individually or together with such Investor's Affiliates, holds at least 581,395 shares of Registrable Securities (as adjusted for any stock split, stock dividend, combination, or other recapitalization or reclassification effected after the date hereof).
Major Holder. Means (a) each Fidelity Investor, (b) each T. Rowe Price Investor, (c) D1, (d) Lone Pine, (e) Durable and (f) each other Stockholder that holds at least 2,500,000 shares of the Company's capital stock.
Major Holder. Any Investor and the Key Holders.
