Major Holders

Major Holders. Means the Persons identified as "Major Holders" on Schedule B hereto.

Major Holders. The meaning set forth in that certain Second Amended and Restated Investors' Rights Agreement, dated as of even date herewith, by and among the Company and the investors named therein

Major Holders. Means the persons named on Schedule B hereto and each person who hereafter becomes a signatory to this Agreement pursuant to Section 6.17 and any one of them, as the context may require.
