Example Definitions of "Major Investors"
Major Investors. Means the persons named on Schedule A hereto, each person to whom the rights of a Major Investor are assigned pursuant to Subsection 6.9, each person who hereafter becomes a signatory to this Agreement pursuant to Subsection 6.11, and any one of them, as the context may require.
