MAJOR PHARMACEUTICAL ENTERPRISE. Means (i) a company which, together with its Affiliates, had worldwide annual revenues from the sale of prescription and/or over the counter pharmaceutical, health care or personal care products in excess of $2 billion during its most recently completed fiscal year and (ii) any Affiliates of such company.
