Majority Holder

Example Definitions of "Majority Holder"
Majority Holder. Shall mean the Investor, Shareholders or transferees of such parties under Section 11 hereof who in the aggregate are Holders of greater than (50%) of the Registrable Securities.
Majority Holder. Means any Original Holder which, together with its Affiliates, beneficially owns a majority of the shares of Common Stock issued to the Original Holders pursuant to the Consent Agreements.
Majority Holder. Means the holder(s) of 60% or more of the then outstanding shares of Series A Preferred Stock.
Majority Holder. Means the holder(s) of a majority of the then-outstanding aggregate principal amount of the Notes.
Majority Holder. The meaning set forth in the Securities Purchase Agreement
