Example Definitions of "Majority Initiating Holders"
Majority Initiating Holders. Means, (i) in the case of a Demand Registration initiated pursuant to Section 1.1(a)(i) hereof, the Senior Preferred Investors holding a majority (by number of shares) of the Senior Registrable Securities, and (ii) in the case of a Demand 14 Registration initiated pursuant to Section 1.1(a)(ii) hereof, the Initial Investors holding a majority (by number of shares) of the Initial Registrable Securities.
