Example Definitions of "Majority Interest"
Majority Interest. Means the Investors holding not less than a majority in interest in the outstanding Registrable Securities held by all Investors.
Majority Interest. Means the Investors holding not less than a majority in interest in the outstanding Registrable Securities then held by all Investors.

Majority Interest. Means the Existing Investors holding not less than a majority in interest in the outstanding Registrable Securities held by all Existing Investors.
Majority Interest. Shall mean, with respect to a particular class of capital stock entitled to vote on a particular matter, the votes of such class of capital stock representing greater than fifty percent (50%) of the total number of votes eligible to be cast on the matter being voted on.
