Majority Vote
Majority Vote. The written approval of, or the affirmative vote by, Members holding a majority of the Voting Rights.
Majority Vote. Shall mean, when used in the context of a vote of the Alliance Board of Directors, a majority of a quorum of the Board. "Majority Vote" shall mean, when used in the context of a vote of the Alliance Sponsors, a majority of the total number of Sponsors, not merely a majority of a quorum of the Sponsors.
