Example Definitions of "MakeWhole Premium"
MakeWhole Premium. Shall be an additional amount of interest payable by the Company to the Holder solely in the event of a default pursuant to Section 5(c) below in an amount equal to the difference between (i) interest otherwise paid pursuant to the terms of this Note and (ii) an amount equal to a thirty percent (30%) return, compounded annually, on the principal amount of this Note for the period between the Effective Date and the date all amounts due under this Note are paid.
MakeWhole Premium. Means an amount equal to the Discounted Present Value calculated for any Senior Note subject to redemption less the unpaid principal amount of such Senior Note; provided, however, that no Make-Whole Premium shall be less than zero.
MakeWhole Premium. Has the meaning ascribed to it in the Indenture.
