Managed Facilities

Managed Facilities. Means (a) all Biodiesel Facilities owned by REG or its Affiliates for such time during the Term that each is owned by REG or its Affiliates and (b) all Biodiesel Facilities for which, through a management contract or otherwise, REG has the right and/or the obligation to provide, purchase, or source the Raw Material Fats and Oils used at such facility for such time during the Term that REG has such right or obligation.
