Management Agreement

Management Agreement. Has the meaning set forth in the Recitals to this Agreement.

Management Agreement. That certain Amended and Restated Management Agreement, dated the date hereof, among the Trust, the Operating Partnership and the Manager

Management Agreement. The Management Agreement, to be dated as of [•], 2013, by and between the Company and the Manager, as such may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Management Agreement. Means that certain Amended and Restated Homeowner Association Oversight, Consulting and Executive Management Services Agreement, dated as of December 31, 2012, by and between Diamond Resorts Corporation and Hospitality Management and Consulting Service, L.L.C. ("HM&C"), as such agreement may be amended or restated from time to time.

Management Agreement. The meaning as defined in Recital C above.

Management Agreement. Shall mean that certain Management Agreement dated September 29, 2006, entered into by and between Mortgagor and Manager, pursuant to which Manager has agreed to manage the operations of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, or any other management agreement approved by Lender pursuant to Section 13(h) hereof.

Management Agreement. The Management Agreement between Executive and the Company of even date herewith and attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A

Management Agreement. Shall mean the management agreement and all other documents and instruments evidencing the management services arrangement and compensation of the Operating Manager.

Management Agreement. That certain agreement between Owner and Manager for the management and operation of the Project.

Management Agreement. Means the Amended and Restated Management Agreement, dated as of September 2, 2010, among the Company, the Operating Partnership and New York Recovery Properties, LLC, as the same may be amended from time to time.
