Management Bonus Plan

Management Bonus Plan. Shall mean the bonus plan of the Company that provides for annual cash awards to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and to eligible members of Executive, Senior and Middle management of the Company, the bonus award pool for which is approved by the Executive Compensation Committee on an annual basis.
