Management Bonus
Management Bonus. An amount of cash and/or securities, determined pursuant to the Plan, equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the total amount of gross proceeds upon a Change of Control, if any, in excess of $72,000,000, up to a maximum aggregate bonus of $3,300,000.
