Management Co-Investor

Management Co-Investor. Shall mean the persons named in Appendix A, including any person that is added to Appendix A after the date hereof pursuant to the terms of this Agreement in all cases (other than Apollo, any Affiliate of Apollo, any holder of Apollo Shares and any Institutional Co-Investor).
