Example Definitions of "Management Committee"
Management Committee. The Morgan Stanley Management Committee and any successor or equivalent committee
Management Committee. A committee selected by the Board that is authorized to act on behalf of the Committee under the Program, except with respect to Section 16 Officers.
Management Committee. Executives of the Company with a direct reporting relationship to the Chief Executive Officer
Management Committee. Means that committee consisting of (i) the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, (ii) the president of the Company and (iii) not less than five managing directors of the Company designated from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the president of the Company to serve on such committee.
Management Committee. Means the management committee of the Company.
